Hillary is the absolute best! We just got back from our trip to Disney and it was the easiest planning process I’ve ever been through. She made the best recommendations for my family, especially for my young boys. Everything was spot on! I can’t wait to use her again when we go on our next vacation! 🙂

This is our fourth year working with Rachel, and she continues to make every Disney trip truly magical! ✨ She takes care of every detail with such care and enthusiasm — from resort reservations to dining and Genie+ tips — and makes the whole process stress-free. Rachel knows Disney inside and out and always goes above and beyond to make sure our family has the best experience possible. We have 4 kids (19, 17, 14, 11) and they all voted this trip to Disney was their all-time favorite family vacation. Rachel played a massive role in that success. Her expert knowledge of Disney is only exceeded by the amount of care she brought to our family and the process. She helped us evaluate which resort to stay at on property based on the different needs of our family. She helped us plan the days and which parks to visit. Her restaurant recommendations and the insider knowledge were next level. When we go back to Disney, we will absolutely use Rachel!! I can't give her a higher recommendation. The Disney magic began with the very first phone call!

Fantastic Thanksgiving in NYC thanks to Gina! Our usual hotel was booked. Gina quickly took care of our plans and every detail at the Ace Hotel. She always finds a place that's a good fit for our family. Thanks to Gina, I can relax knowing our plans are always in good hands.
Gina was an INCREDIBLE while planning our first big family Disney Trip. She was always responsive and on top of everything and also gave great recommendations. We could not have been happier and would not hesitate for even a second to book with her again!
Our group of 17 was ready for an adventure to celebrate a big birthday! Julia Vertullo took the opportunity it BLEW US AWAY! The planning was stress free and for us, nonexistent, she handled everything! She coordinated different ppl, from. different states and different travel dates like it was easy! She was so efficient and so dedicated to our plans and very single detail. This trip was all fun and celebrating and I accredite that to Julia! There were some unavoidable hiccups, flight changes, delays and high winds that impacted an excursion plan, but Julia protected us from the movement and chaos, all we know knew was we got there, transports were convenient and refunds appear for the altered excursion. She thought of everything and so so ki d, patient and effective. 1000/10, HIGHLY recommend Julia, we are already thinking about where to go next and how easy it will be with her! Rachel Hibbard helped my husband and I plan our perfect day at Disneyland! She was amazing and so knowledgeable about every question I had! Would definitely recommend using her for all your Disney vacation planning!
Had a last minute trip with very little time to plan. Panic was setting in when I reached out to Stephen about my options. He was able to set me up on a international flight in a timely matter with direct flights and even at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling or planning a vacation!
Stephen was an absolute expert when helping us book our Disney cruise and our time before and after at Disney World, as well as organising our transport - the whole process was super easy and carefree and Stephen answered all our questions promptly. My husband and I travelled from Australia so having someone to help us out was so great. I can’t recommend Extra Magic Trips enough to anyone looking at booking a trip for anything Disney!

Stephen did a great job of organizing an excellent vacation to Universal, Orlando, for us! Even while we were on vacation, he was offering to make dinner reservations for us. His knowledge of the airport, the resorts, connections, and park plans at Universal were just what we needed.

Stephen was fabulous to work with! Gave amazing recommendation and tips to make our stay at Disney so magical! Between advise on what hotel to stay at so we were able to use the skyline for an easy access with our stroller and hop over to Epcot & Hollywood Studios. Loved all of our dining reservations he made as well. We were celebrating our daughter’s 1st birthday and loved how when we walked into the room on the TV it was wishing our daughter Happy Birthday!
Gina was an absolute blessing to my husband and I. With neither of us traveling to Italy before, Gina made it a breeze to plan our trip. We told her what we were looking for and she delivered and with recommendations of her own which were outstanding! Thank you so much, Gina! We cannot wait for our next trip.
This was a quick booking with just a month to go. Gio was able to find a great deal for us and include a lot of things we could not book on our own. I will certainly use Gio for our next family adventure!
Rachel H is incredible! Very personalized and thoughtful! She provided us with great plans and tips and helped us avoid the crowds as much as possible during a busy time of the year.
Stephen provided all information and booked what we needed for pre and post stay and an Adventures by Disney trip to Egypt. He also sent over a list of approved guides that Extra Magic Trips recommends to use prior to the guided trip. Everything was amazing!

Stephen was great to work with. He was extremely patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He provided us with well thought out plans for each day, booked us all the dining reservations we wanted, and was available at all times to answer questions.
Gina took the time to understand what we wanted out of our vacation. She then applied that knowledge into planning our adventure. She was also very attentive when issues arose while we were on the trip. We appreciated her attention to details.
My experience was excellent. Gio helped me organize every detail with patience, professionalism and a lot of creativity. He was always available to answer questions, make adjustments and give personalized recommendations that made my itinerary much more special.
