Really amazing service with great, knowledgeable feedback on each stage of the planning. Stephen provided great options both as I requested and then in addition as well.
Everything from the time of pickup at the airport through drop off was smooth and effortless. The Wilderness Resort wowed my son (and myself) and was so nicely situation within Disney World to allow for easy access to the parks. I am so glad Stephen pushed for me to consider the Halloween party as it was a highlight for sure and his recommendation to consider the Epcot princess breakfast instead of Cinderella’s feast or the Snow White dining at the Wilderness Lodge was amazing. Seeing all the different princesses as breakfast really stunned my son and was a huge high point for him.
Stephen was friendly and endlessly patient as I stumbled through different options and communication issues with my email. I am so glad I was able to work with him on this trip.
