At the core of the Memory Maker product are Disney’s PhotoPass® photographers, which are located in key areas at all four Walt Disney World® Resort theme parks, both water parks, and more.

By adding Memory Maker to your vacation package, you will receive unlimited downloads of all the photos (and videos) that you have taken during your trip for one low price. You can download the photos individually using the My Disney Experience mobile app, which is great for sharing photos to social media during your trip! Photos appear in the app about 15 minutes after they are taken.

Photographers may not be available for unscheduled pop-up meet and greets and some character dining experiences. Tip: You can split up your group into multiple photos to customize your memories.
